Cancellation Policy:

Jun, July, August and September, International Rugby Weekends and all UK public holidays.

A non-returnable deposit of the first night's stay will be charged to your credit/debit card on booking. If we are able to re-let the room, we will return your deposit, less an administrative charge of £20.00.


Remainder of the year.

A non-returnable deposit of £20.00 will be charged to your credit/debit card on booking. Any cancellation received within 48 hours of 4pm (UK time) on day of arrival, will be liable for the first night's stay in full.
