Cancellation Policy:

If you have to cancel all or part of your stay for whatever reason, Violet Bank House will apply the following:

A cancellation made after booking is made, the full deposit of one night’s stay will be charged.

Cancellation made within 2-4 weeks prior to arrival 60% of the full stay price will be charged.

Cancellation made within 0-2 weeks prior to arrival 100% of the full stay price will be charged.

In any event we will do our best to try to re-sell the room/s, however we strongly advise that you take out insurance. In the event that the room/s are re-let for the full period of the booking, we will reimburse the full amount less an administrative charge of £60.
