If you should need to cancel
less than 50 hours from 4pm on day of arrival we take 20% to cover
administrative time and loss of bookings.
If you should need to cancel after that time, the whole amount
is due for each night on which we are unable to re-let the accommodation.
If we can re-let the accommodation you will not be charged for
the rooms.
We hope that this is acceptable to you and would advise having
insurance to cover this eventuality.
Damage of Goods or Property
In the event of accidental damage we reserve the right to recover
the cost in full, of replacement or repair.
